Carolyn "DeeDee" Armer Holden is a Registered Nurse (R.N.)  as well as an attorney — her experience can be a great advantage in difficult cases. Our attorneys have a strong knowledge of medical topics and the relationship to your case, and will work continually to keep up to date on advances in medicine, healthcare, and medical technology.

Regulatory Agency Representation

Our attorneys have represented licensed professionals in  numerous cases before various regulatory agencies. We regularly represent physicians before the Arizona Medical Board and the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners.

We also handle cases before the Arizona State Board of Nursing and the Arizona Physician Assistant Board.

We have also appeared before the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners, and the Arizona Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers.

No licensed professional should ever consider going before any of these boards without experienced legal counsel.

Our attorneys have appeared before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the United States 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.

We accept the referral of appellate matters from other attorneys and are available to consult with new clients who are considering appealing from a prior ruling.
